01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SipSaver mobile application ("the App") developed by Michael Mashlan. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

02Description of Service

SipSaver is a personal alcohol consumption tracking app. It allows you to log drinks, track dry days, monitor spending and calorie intake, participate in challenges, and view statistics about your drinking habits. The App is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

03Eligibility

The App is rated 17+ and is intended for use by individuals of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years of age.

04Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by the App, including health impact summaries, calorie estimates, and standard drink calculations, is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice regarding alcohol use, dependency, or any health concerns. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

05Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in other countries. Prices are subject to change, though we will notify you of any price changes in advance through the App or App Store.

06Free Trial

The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Eligibility for the free trial is determined by Apple and is typically available to new subscribers only. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the yearly subscription price.

07User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal drink tracking. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

08Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and content, is the property of Michael Mashlan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

09Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data.

10Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calorie counts, standard drink calculations, and cost estimates, these figures are approximations based on general data. Actual values may vary depending on specific brands, serving sizes, and individual factors. The App should not be relied upon for precise nutritional or financial accounting.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Michael Mashlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

13Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
